Many punters had Mustashry pencilled in as their very first bet of this years Royal Ascot race meeting, for it had long been the favourite on the ante post betting markets at many a bookies sites, however it has now been pushed out to the 9/2 second favourite to win the Queen Anne Stakes.
It is Le Brivido that punters now appear to be latching onto in great numbers to win that race, and having been 11/2 recently that horse is now right at the top of all ante post betting markets and you will be lucky to find a bookie offering odds of 4/1 on it winning the Queen Anne Stakes.
Whether either of those two horses will end up winning remains to be seen of course, however as their respective odds are that high it could be the case that any of the many other horses that will be lining up at 2:30pm on the 18th of June could win it.
Keep in mind too that if you are working that day and can’t watch the race on TV, then Coral and many of our many other UK bookies are going to be streaming that race live over their online and mobile betting platforms and apps.
Barney Roy Looks a Solid Each-Way Bet
For those of you out to get a little bit of value on the Queen Ann Stakes race, well there are several horses that do look like good and standout each-way betting opportunities.
However having studied the form of those that are going to be lining up and taking their chance sin this race, I do like the look of Barney Roy who is a rock solid each-way bet at odds of 7/1, and there is also a case to be made for Laurens too at 7/1.
The Rest of the Queen Anne Field
The current state of the ante post betting market on the Queen Anne Stakes race is such that Zabeel Prince is 8/1, Accidental Agent is 10/1 and both Hazapour and Hey Gaman along with Lord Glitters are trading at odds of 16/1.
Beat the Bank, I Can Fly, Olmedo, One Master and Sharja Bridge look up against it given their 20/1 odds, and its hard to make a case for any of the current 25/1 shots which include Dream Castle, Magical, Matterhorn and Mythical Magic.
Imaging, Romanised and Stormy Antarctic are all on offer currently at double carpet 33/1 and you can back the likes of Chief Ironside at 50/1, Oh This Is Us at even higher odds of 66/1 and the rank outsider is Advance Yulong on offer at massive odds of 80/1.
If you do however fancy the chance of any of the rank outsiders then you will be certain of getting much higher odds than those I have listed up above if you head on over to the Betfair betting exchange, so make sur you do just that if you do fancy the chances of any of the horses that no one else fancies!
