There are still plenty of tennis matches that you can bet on before the end of the year, and in the Hopman Cup there are several matches that did catch my eye this morning.
The odds available on the players taking part in those matches do as ever vary from betting site to betting site however it is the 10Bet sportsbook at which I did find some overly generous odds, so it will be their odds I will be quoting below.
As for the matches being played on the 29th of December, the Cameron Norrie vs. Stefanos Tsitsipas should be a good one to watch, but from a betting point of view with the odds on Cameron Norrie being 11/5 and the early odds on Stefanos Tsitsipas winning being 10/31 it should be the latter named player that wins that match.
On the same day there is the match between Katie Boulter and Maria Sakkari and whilst Katie Boulter could spring a surprise and win that match at her odds of 33/20, I do think it will be a match that goes the way of Maria Sakkari at 20/43!
A little later in the day on the 29th of December there will be a match between Matthew Ebden and Lucas Pouille and the smart money does appear to be pouting in even at this very easy stage of the betting for Matthew Ebden.
His odds have been dropping day after day and as such if you do fancy betting on him to win that match now would be a good time to place your bets as he is on offer at 10Bet at odds of 23/20, for those do you who think it will be Lucas Pouille that will win that match his odds are 2/3!
If you do fancy placing a few additional bets on the Hopman Cup matches then take a look over the betting markets on offer on the Ashleigh Barty vs. Alize Cornet match, as by doing so you will get the impression that Ashleigh Barty cannot lose that match with odds of 1/4 on offer, Alize Cornet for reference is up for grabs at win odds in that match of 27/10.
On the 30th of December it will be the turn of Alexander Zverev and David Ferrer to take to the court, if you fancy backing the favourite to win that match you will have to bet big due to the very skinny odds on offer, and that favourite is of course Alexander Zverev at 4/21!
Another match that will be in play on the same day as the above match is the one between Angelique Kerber and Garbine Muguruza, the odds will give you a very clear indication of what way that match should end, and those odds are 5/7 on Angelique Kerber and 11/10 on a win for Garbine Muguruza.
Keep in mind that 10Bet do also offer a range of additional betting opportunities on all matches that are part of the Hopman Cup!
