Major horse races this week do of course include the Boylesports Champion Chase and that race is being held over in Ireland at the Punchestown racecourse tomorrow at 17:30, and with plenty of betting sites offering ante post odds on that race there is of course plenty of value still waiting to be mopped up if you are quick.
If there are any of you out there that fancy having an each bet on that race, then make sure you check out either Betfair or Paddy Power for they are going one fifth of the win odds to three places as opposed to one quarter the win odds to two places on their ante post betting markets!
I doubt many punters are going to want to have an each-way punt on the current favourite, for being odds-on that horse is likely to attract more standard win bets than each-way bets, and for reference that current favourite is Min at 8/13.
There has been plenty of money coming in initially each-way money on Un De Sceaux, and as such the sheer volume of cash being bet on that horse has resulted in its win odds dropping to just 11/4 and those odds may just continue to fall tomorrow just before the race starts too.
Next Horse in the Betting
There are only three horses that have been attracting support on the ante post betting markets for this race, and the next one that has caught the eye for a fair number of punters who have been bagging some much better odds is Great Field.
Now, as far as whether that horse has the ability to win a race of this nature, well its form is such that it does have a chance of winning albeit a slightly lower chance than the two horses named up above, but if you do think Great Field will win odds of 7/1 are there for the taking.
Do You Fancy Backing an Outsider?
I just know some of you are going to be placing a speculative punt on some of the outsiders, and will probably be looking to back them each-way too and as such let me give you the current odds on the three other horses that are running in this race.
Just keep in mind though that if you do set about backing any of them you will certainly be taking risks, as none of them appear to have the form to take the race or even fill one of the top three positions, if you do find a bookie paying out to three places that is!
Those three horses are Castlegrace Paddy at 20/1 along with both Hell’s Kitchen at 25/1 and Ordinary World at 40/1, but as mentioned up above it is the top two horses in the betting that do look like they are going to fill the top two positions in this race, so possibly have a straight forecast on those two horses will be the very best betting option on this race tomorrow!
