The 15th of March is when this year’s featured horse race at Cheltenham will be held and that race is of course the Cheltenham Gold Cup and with plenty of opinions as to which horse will win it this year, you will find the odds on the better fancied runners are high, as there is no rock solid favourite.
I think that for those do you out there that do fancy betting well in advance of the starting time of that race, there is some value waiting to be grabbed on the ante post betting market over at Quinnbet so make sure you read on to find out just what odds they are offering on each runner.
There are two horses that many punters do appear to like the look of, and have actually been backing recently too on the ante post betting markets, the first of those horses is Presenting Percy, and with the continued support from punters its odds are now just 4/1 making it the current favourite to win.
Native River is also another fairly heavily backed horse to win the Cheltenham Gold Cup, and all punters who have been backing it early on the ante post betting markets have been rewarded with some appealing odds, and those odds are currently now 5/1.
Kemboy Looks a Good Each-Way Bet
Do make sure that you hint around to get the best each-way betting terms on this race if you do fancy betting on any runner via an each-way bet, for many betting sites will be offering improved each-way betting terms on it.
If you are thinking about betting on the Cheltenham Gold Cup but fancy lowering the risks by picking out a horse to back each-way you should get a good run for your money by backing Kemboy, and by doing so right now the odds available at Quinnbet on Kemboy are 8/1.
Horses to Keep an Eye On
You may much prefer just keeping an eye on the ante post betting markets for now, to see if there is any sudden support for any of the other runners in the field, and if so there are a few that I would certainly advise punters to keep their eyes on and watch.
The first of which is Clan Des Obeaux who at its current win odds on the ante [post betting markets at Quinnbet is 8/1 does look a likely contender for first place or at the very least getting placed.
Thistlecrack at 10/1 is another interesting bet, and any sudden or continued support coming in for that horse should be noted, but do keep in mind that if there is its odds will start to drop in value and will start to drop in value quite quickly too.
As for a few other horses to consider there is always a chance that Might Bite at 12/1 could come out on top and horses such as Road To Respect at 14/1, Sizing John at 16/1 and also Bellshill at 20/1 should run their usual race, but whether they are going to improve much of their current form figures, that doe so course remain to be seen.
